Chingu processes personal information for the following purposes: · Responding to consultation requests (telecom, vision correction, dental implants, labor, legal, real estate, hospital, etc.) · Identity verification and service delivery · Automated SMS notifications · Service improvement and analytics · Marketing communications (only for users who opted in)

· Required: Name, Phone number · Optional: Nationality, Visa type, Email, Messenger ID (KakaoTalk, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.), Company name, Notes, Consultation details · Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, browser info, UTM parameters (ad attribution)
3. Retention Period
· Consultation request data: 3 years from submission date · Marketing consent records: Until withdrawal or account deletion · Data is destroyed without delay after retention period ends

Chingu does not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, except: · When you have separately consented (e.g., referral to partner hospitals) · When required by law or pursuant to a lawful investigation

Chingu uses essential cookies for sign-in and anonymous chat continuity, and third-party analytics tools (Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) for ad measurement and product analytics. These tools collect pages visited, whether a consultation was submitted, device and browser information, and ad click identifiers. Contact details entered in a consultation request are sent to Meta only as SHA-256 hashes. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or through Meta ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences); opting out does not limit core features.
